Would 14 X 7.0 PCD: 114.3 Offset: 35 and maybe 14 X 7.5 PCD: 114.3 Offset: 35 work on stock suspension setup then maybe resetting the leafs or blocks and lowered springs in the front?

 

or what would be optimal size for phatty look?

Offset is way too high, the wheels will tuck in a lot and you may have issues hitting the suspension. For that kind of size and width look for at most a +20 offset. As a guide, MA61 wheels are 14x7 +8 and fit perfectly without guard work on standard height suspension and 195 tyres

So what would your recommendation be getting custom made want to keep stock setup fot now but I wanna go wide without hitting
