B.L.Z.BUB Posted February 29, 2012 Report Posted February 29, 2012 (edited) http://www.rollaclub...on/page__st__15 Lundy sold it a few weeks ago for 4300 And he was pretty shocked getting that much, i reckon 5000 for a ke70 with a stock 4k in it is ridiculous. B.L.Z.BUB Posted February 29, 2012 Report Posted February 29, 2012 It does look good but you could get one with a 4AGE in it for that money. Quote
rian Posted February 29, 2012 Report Posted February 29, 2012 (edited) ^OP said it's his first car, so he's probs on his Ps and can't drive a mod plated car anyway. I personal think $5000 for that car is a rip, plus it's on boostcruising so it's probably only worth half of what it's advertised for. Boostcruising FTL :P Edited February 29, 2012 by rian Quote
Willis Posted February 29, 2012 Report Posted February 29, 2012 It does look good but you could get one with a 4AGE in it for that money. That's what I think aswell. No way would I pay 4-5000 dollars for a KE70 with a 4K in it. Doesn't matter how good the body and interior is, it's still got a 4K in it. Quote

Just saying how overpriced it seems to be, mind you the amount of stock 4K 'hektik drifters' for stupid amounts of money on boost is pretty unbelievable. http://brisbane.gumt...QAdIdZ357946943 Better price Edited February 29, 2012 by B.L.Z.BUB Quote

Where do they get the idea that their 4K KE70 is worth 5000 dollars? People on boost do try and hustle you down a fair bit though so that might be their reasoning. Quote
dan77 Posted February 29, 2012 Author Report Posted February 29, 2012 (edited) ok thanks for your help guys, will defiantly let you's know what i end up getting, I'm about to get my learners in a couple months btw haha Edited February 29, 2012 by dan77 Quote
crispyke35 Posted February 29, 2012 Report Posted February 29, 2012 ok thanks for your help guys, will defiantly let you's know what i end up getting :) Here is some advice. you have really got to add up a few things. A. can you work on the car and to what extent and Skills. B. what condition is the car in and your budget. A + B = C (cost you should be looking to pay, simple assessment) personally there is no way i'd pay $5000 for a ke70 with a stock 4k, but i can work on a car and will happily fix the odd problem. Really there is not too many rolla's your going to buy and something isn't tired or worn. if you have skills in fixing these cars they are very cheap to run. but if not they can be a money pit. goodluck on hunting mate Quote
B.L.Z.BUB Posted February 29, 2012 Report Posted February 29, 2012 But at the same time a good car to start to learn fixing things on. Quote

rollalicious Posted February 29, 2012 Report Posted February 29, 2012 if that 4k is as fresh as a daisy with cam, double valve springs, extractors and aftermarket carb and receipts, the body is as Overrated as it looks in the photo and completely rust free & those wheels came with it on new tyres and it had a RWC then I would pay every bit of the $5,000 As it stands it's a P platers car with JDM stickers amd comes with wheels that would make it look like a POS Quote
