Subaru_kid Posted February 19, 2012 Report Posted February 19, 2012 I run with MRP coilovers, theyre awesome! have a look at mrpltd.co.nz + pricing isnt bad at all :) Quote
89sedan Posted February 21, 2012 Author Report Posted February 21, 2012 i can aquire brand new kyb shocks for 500 and king springs for 300 so idk Quote
BlueKsev Posted February 21, 2012 Report Posted February 21, 2012 I got 4 way adjustable KYB AGX shocks + a coilover sleeve kit for about $500.... I don't like adding up the money i throw at this thing haha. Quote
altezzaclub Posted February 21, 2012 Report Posted February 21, 2012 How often are you going to adjust the ride height?? Nearly everyone (me included) picks a ride height that suits and leaves it there, so having the ability to change ride height is wasted... Different if you're racing it. Quote
BlueKsev Posted February 21, 2012 Report Posted February 21, 2012 Naaaa you have to slam it on your birthday  Quote
89sedan Posted February 22, 2012 Author Report Posted February 22, 2012 planning on keeping it a decent height want to drift it Quote
ke70dave Posted February 22, 2012 Report Posted February 22, 2012 drift in an ae92 FWD? how much cash you want to spend? spend up big on shocks, ignore "coilovers" most are garbage. Quote
Willis Posted February 22, 2012 Report Posted February 22, 2012 (edited) Call me stupid, (I am anyway) but what RWD Rolla was made in 89'? Just read your sig, Dave. Hahaha, I really feel stupid now :D Edited February 22, 2012 by willis Quote
Subaru_kid Posted February 28, 2012 Report Posted February 28, 2012 spend up big on shocks, ignore "coilovers" most are garbage. I have coilovers, my car is my daily and theyre great! theyre firm but i don't bounce off of the road, theyre proven to work on the track too Quote
Willis Posted February 28, 2012 Report Posted February 28, 2012 its fwd lol I know, that's why I asked. How do you plan on drifting it? Quote

faction55 Posted March 21, 2012 Report Posted March 21, 2012 That 'douche' has poured much knowledge in to this forum and i don't think he is aiming to make fun of you. A little respect goes a long way. That machine gun video is gold! 1 Quote
