This is in a ke55 with a ke50 crash pad, but the concept is still the same.

You firstly have to remove the glove box, gauge cluster, etc from the dash.

And then you'll need a 10mm socket to remove the crash pad and the dash.

And then its a phillips screwdriver to remove the hidden screws from the crash pad that holds the dash to it.

 

There might be an easier way but thats how i did it when i had a ke55.

Ke30 would be about the same.
