Ke70 Diff Into Ke10

as u may have geussed by the common theme of my threads i have alot of ke70 parts lying around and i also have a ke10. so has anyone converted a ke70 coil spring diff to fit a leaf sprung ke10? (ie fit leaf springs to ke70diff?)

if i do this will i be able to run a standard ke70 tailshaft between a 5k and 5 speed? and most importantly is it worth it? the main reasons why i want to do it is. its already locked. its free. i already have it. and the different PCD

If you're going to the trouble of putting a different diff in, you may aswell make it worth it. Hilux, T series or whatever. Something you can get an LSD for.

The KE10's diff should withstand a 5k.

But if you really want to do it then go for it.

There's no benifit. It'll have to be modified to take leaf spring, and it'll be too wide, therefore it'll have to be shortened.

If you want to die at an early age, this is a good way to do it.

Haha ok I can take a hint... So i should go 5k 5 speed standard diff for now. What's the best way to link these? I'm pretty sure it's ke70 5speed.( shifter at rear)

KE70 shifter is going to be in the wrong place, and will probably appear through the floor at about the handbrake.
