Felix Posted December 31, 2005 Report Posted December 31, 2005 well if you have already got the 351 and gas kit, i'd go that way. so long as it is able to be engineered. Quote
Dan Posted December 31, 2005 Author Report Posted December 31, 2005 Thats what I thought, as I said earlier WA isn't a friendly state for modified cars.... Quote
love ke70 Posted December 31, 2005 Report Posted December 31, 2005 u promised us pics :D just get a copy of ur modifyiong rules and talk to an engineer  Quote
SLOTH Snr Posted January 1, 2006 Report Posted January 1, 2006 Yeah! I know what WA can be like, but the fact is your car is designed to take a 6litre it is just suspension and driveline variations. Both of these you talk about changing anyway. Don't rush in do some homework and you may find the 351 a simple conversion, and legal Quote
Dan Posted January 1, 2006 Author Report Posted January 1, 2006 Oops, sorry I didn't give the pics I promised; they should be in this post. I am not too sure on the laws of bagging in WA. I haven't heard of any bagged trucks in Perth... I didn't know that this car came out with a 6.0l (whats that in cubic inches? around 365?) from the factory, that is worth looking into. Should do some homework. This picture is what I'd love her to look like (not mine  it was on DUT) This is what she looks similar to now. (again, not my car) As you can see, there is a bit i'd like to do to it. Will reply in about a month, I go on hols tomorow night, so yea.. Cheers, Dan. Quote
love ke70 Posted January 1, 2006 Report Posted January 1, 2006 wooo no more whoring for a whole month  that top foto is bloody hot mate, i wanna see urs just like that one day :D i don't see any reason why u can't have bags, as long as theyre done properly that is Quote
Toycrash Posted January 1, 2006 Report Posted January 1, 2006 Here is a nice one, from Essen 2005 motor show. Quote
love ke70 Posted January 1, 2006 Report Posted January 1, 2006 i don't like the interior, but that exterior is just divine! Quote
Dan Posted January 1, 2006 Author Report Posted January 1, 2006 Yeah, loving the whole 'carry a dead body in style' look  I really plan for it to look like the first picture that I have. Eventually. I really plan to do it in stages. First stage: prep/derust the car, rechrome, paint flat black and licence. Second stage: bags! Third stage: paint! One day interior would be nice :D Anywho. Cheers, Dan Quote
