rjenman Posted February 19, 2012 Author Report Posted February 19, 2012 KE70 has been sold :sob: Here's a video of a KE70 at a Thai Jeepkhana http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QSd7jQRXZXA&feature=youtu.be Quote
rjenman Posted February 19, 2012 Author Report Posted February 19, 2012 Ke26 are rare as rocking horse poop. if it's a car that you were looking at selling later,my personal preference would be the ke26. There are plenty of ke70 around??! Not many ke26. I have owned 32 gap cars since I was 17,..I'm in mid 20's now,..and it's all the same.. Buy a car that is overrated,..or do it up overrated,..if it is rare it will fetch more from the right buyer.. I have been offered 8 grand for my stock ke26. *unregistered *rust *cut springs Etc.. It will be worth more than this once it's painted in red this month. I paid a good amount for this car myself,..as they ate truly rare. I'm doing up this corolla because it's a CLASSIC.. Not because I can't afford a more etravagant car• a ke 20 or 26 with origanal fender mirrors=sex on wheels my friend。 we must commute though、so if its a daily and not an investment you want, maybe id say differently 。-mezz appreciate this response! will update when i start buying cars Quote
rjenman Posted February 19, 2012 Author Report Posted February 19, 2012 4 door KE20's are also the norm. Here's one at the jeepkhana http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c7W3oa2fKPc&feature=youtu.be Quote
Kebin[RL] Posted February 19, 2012 Report Posted February 19, 2012 (edited) What ever car you decide on, be sure to drop it off here straight away: http://www.jzengineservice.com/index.html :) Thailand has a wealth of classic jap cars and a retro car culture to match. I didnt get a chance to visit Worachak on my last visit: http://www.thaitradefair.com/fairin/autoparts/ Edited February 19, 2012 by Kebin Quote

rjenman Posted February 20, 2012 Author Report Posted February 20, 2012 Here's some photos of cars in Thailand including the ones referred to just now. I came away wanting a KE70 pretty bad. Will be a while til I get something. Any references in Thailand welcome, to shops or people selling cars etc. http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10150608623190239.438943.577695238&type=1&l=9811c451b9 Quote
