Hi guys, I'm new to this forum however in no time think I will become a regular :P

Anywhoo I've Recently bought a 1983 ke70 in pretty unmolested condition and was wanting to swap out the 1.3L with a 4age turbo if I'm correct?

Through some research i've gathered that some 4age's were FWD? thus what would be roughly needing to be modified if buying the fwd engine?

Any previous threads and experiences or just a point in the right direction to where a cheap conversion would be would be much appreciated, cheers :)

Also, Just a heads up as I wouldn't be registering her rather using her as a sleeper/slider.

Basically what he said ^ Although you then have the turbo conversion itself.

Most people tend to start with a 4agze and ditch the supercharger setup and turbo it instead, as they're already built for boost

Plus google. Google is your friend. its all out there just spend some time looking.

And don't expect it to be cheap. Better off doing what I just did, find one done and buy it for a fraction of the price.

Cheers for the help guys, and sorry if I made an almost useless thread post haha, noob mistake.

I've spend the last few hours on google and doing a sh*t tonne of research and have since discovered

the 4agze would better suit my needs as said above me ^ take the supercharger off and then go from there, thanks again

No worries, It's by far the easiest way. You're likely to find threads or people on here who've done exactly what you want to do and can lend advice if need be.

Try having a look through the Rollaclub Rides or Technical Builds Threads:

Don't forget to throw your car up in the rides section if you go ahead with the build

wuz up dude its not that difficult. you need to do slight mods like the cooling and blanking off the the cooling journals and getting a proper bell housing assembly as well. and you good to go. with luck you have plenty space to work with so the mod is not that difficult and hard to adjust.
