FOOMAN Posted November 22, 2011 Report Posted November 22, 2011 some knob head probably keeps cutting them when you're not looking Quote
SLO-030 Posted November 22, 2011 Report Posted November 22, 2011 are your pullies aligned? KE10, KE20, KE30/55 and KE70 all have different water pump shaft lengths. Each has their own pulley with the right offset to line the belt up. Quote
altezzaclub Posted November 23, 2011 Report Posted November 23, 2011 What do they look like afterwards?? Clean break across the whole belt? Stripped apart down one side? Inside face worn and polished? They're not meant to touch the bottom of the pulley, so if any pulley is shiny at the bottom it is too worn & the stress on the belt is wrong. Quote
