KE30Coupe Posted December 15, 2005 Report Posted December 15, 2005 (edited) I know how people can get a bit upset when they have a good idea and everyone copies it so I wanted to ask you first before I copied your idea. :o Can I use painted white bluebird wheels on my rolla.......as you can see it would look fully sik  I eagerly await your response :) Edited December 15, 2005 by KE30Coupe Quote
Super Jamie Posted December 15, 2005 Report Posted December 15, 2005 it looks phat. i reckon two similar but different cars with the same wheels would be cool parked together Quote
Rolla__Boy Posted December 16, 2005 Report Posted December 16, 2005 Wow. Firstly, thankyou very much for such respect, secondly that looks AWESOME!!!!! Go for it dude, it would be a crime if you didn't!! p.s. Post more pics, that is an awesome lookin corolla Quote
Tiger Posted December 16, 2005 Report Posted December 16, 2005 P-H-A-T!!! Got my approval :y: Quote
KE30Coupe Posted December 16, 2005 Author Report Posted December 16, 2005 Thanks guys I appreciate the feedback.......unfortunately its not there yet. It still looks like this at the moment but I'm hoping to get it more like the photoshopped image in early January. One question Rolla Boy.....what type of paint did you do the wheels with? My current plan is to fix up the interior and get it on the road by the end of December. As you can see I've got a bit of work to do on the interior  Quote
kangaroosa Posted December 16, 2005 Report Posted December 16, 2005 Its starting to take shape. At least its not a pile of parts on your garage floor still. :y: Is that a new coat of paint? What motor did you end up putting in it? Its going to look Schmik  Quote
Rolla__Boy Posted December 16, 2005 Report Posted December 16, 2005 I thought that was a real pic....Where did you get the wheels in the pic from? Are they mine? My wheels were shitty white when I got them, and I washed them, painted them with Engine Paint, then just cheapo supercheap paint. It's holding up well so far Quote
Super Jamie Posted December 16, 2005 Report Posted December 16, 2005 red steelies, whitewalls  Quote
Felix Posted December 16, 2005 Report Posted December 16, 2005 (edited) red steelies, whitewalls on a ke30  wrong era. something like those rims Lucky had (15" cressidas?) would look even better than the trx ones. Edited December 16, 2005 by Felix Quote

Felix Posted December 16, 2005 Report Posted December 16, 2005 (edited) maybe look out for sigma turbo/gsr rims, in 15x6. like on the datto 1200 in the following pic: Edited December 16, 2005 by Felix Quote
Rolla__Boy Posted December 16, 2005 Report Posted December 16, 2005 I reckon the TRX wheels would look better Quote
Dan Posted December 17, 2005 Report Posted December 17, 2005 Yeah I agree with Rolla Boy, the TRX ones look better! And you definetly have to go matt black man! On a side note, is it possible to fit 2004 (ZZE122R) rims onto early corollas? Sorry to cut into someone elses thread! Quote
ancullen Posted December 17, 2005 Report Posted December 17, 2005 I think they're the same stud pattern but surely the offset would be completely wrong. Quote
