WTB: radiator, must fit in ae71 engine bay, dosent matter what sides the outlets are on, thats easy fixed. looking for an upgrade from standard. must also be in good condition, i.e no leaks, a few bent fins are okay but they mustn't be disintegrating as mine are lol.

 

would rather aluminium, or a twin core excel rad but open to what you have got.

Hey guys... I'm chasing a gearbox mount for a KE70 (I think) 5sp gearbox.

 

Its the gearbox with the longer housing... So I imagine its a KE70 box.

 

Anyone got one laying about, or know part numbers etc, or where I could get one??

I Have a Jig for shortening Hilux diffs i wouldn't mind getting rid of.

comes with spacers to shorten 20mm each side from standard ke30-55 which is about far as you can shorten one without having hassles.

This allows you to run 8.5inch rims with plenty of clearance from outer guard.

But they can be machined down to suit your prefered length.

$300 bucks.

 

I will now throw in a hilux diff housing with the jig.

Hey Nick, I Have a ke70 5 speed here too and the cross member bolts on different to ke55 5speeds and k40's. So you will need a ke70 CM,...or '55 extension housing. Sorry I couldn't help.

i boguht a 7k motor yesterday, but its missing the pushrods, plus a few other things, jsut wondering on the ever so slight chance soem one might have a 7k they wanna sell parts off, i was told its got a cracked head, but it doesnt look like it mould be to hard to fit an earlier k motor head to it, theres only and extra 3 bolts along under the spark plugs, any one know if 5 parts will fit it?

 

 

also i ahve for EOI: a complete 5k, its got the head off and the head has a small chunk missing out of it, but i got another 2 heads with it that ive been told are off a 5k so they would go with it, make me an offer on this, otherwise i will just keep it

Will a KE55 5sp housing fit a ke70 gearbox?? Will a KE55 housing mean I don't have to cut n shut the shifter hole in the floor??

 

I basically have the engine, gearbox, driveshaft and diff out of another car, which I am gonna swap over.

 

 

 

 

And another thing... RT Corona and XT struts the same thing??
