Just got this home today.

Genuine little old lady car, bought it off an 81 year old lady who'd had it since 1984, she kept it in a carpeted garage and washed it with wool wash every month.

Log book from new to now, always been cared for, and it shows.

Drives better than some new cars, rides like a cloud (also better than a lot of new cars), and is just generally awesome.

And because all threads are worthless without pics;

Biscuit interior, minty.

Rocking out to AM radio and cassettes

Cleanest boot ever in a 30 year old car? Possible. Room for a Mini? Definitely.

Original safety triangle, still in pack, looking unused.

Put on hat, drive 20 under the limit with the left indicator on, cause lolrage, oh yes, I can get used to this. (I totally got this taken by a passenger.)

Plans?

Roady, rego, touch up the paint here and there, nanna rug for the back, daily.

Until the mrs gets her licence, then I may lower it a smidge, widen and colour code the steelies and put whitewalls on.

Manual too... Nice one.

We have a few customers with volvos. All owned since new, one with 420xxxkms on a 960, a 264 thats overrated which we got rid of the shitty french v6 and put a B23 in it.

And a 240 with 144xxx on it, old widdowed lady which was told by her late husband to service it every 3 months, which may be 150kms and the oil is still golden.

Nice pickup though!! They are aweseome cars

So shades infected you too?

There's already one getting around in the iRace series. I know the rims are a bit off in this shot, but he has a set that are more true to the original for display.

it is very......brown.

who remembers 'rallisport challenge' on one of the old consoles?

and the 240turbo was the best car, as it was virtually indestructable.

only tiny photo i can find of it:
