carbonboy Posted February 22, 2013 Report Posted February 22, 2013 Does look good, kinda reminds me of an MY07/08 Mitsubishi Outlander though. Not sure if that's a good thing or not... :laff: Quote
towe001 Posted February 22, 2013 Report Posted February 22, 2013 Shitbox would be my thoughts. I like the frontend, similar styling to the new corolla. Still a shitbox, but. kinda reminds me of an MY07/08 Mitsubishi Outlander though. Not sure if that's a good thing or not... :laff: Hmm, yeah, the roof line and back side windows similar styling. But if thats the case, its the same with the peugeot 4007, just blank out the frontend. Quote
ke70dave Posted February 22, 2013 Report Posted February 22, 2013 Did you read the part about the towing ratings on the rav4? 200kg more rating than my 1.3l Drover!!! Quote

Hiro Protagonist Posted February 26, 2013 Report Posted February 26, 2013 I need this because of reasons Outgoing president (and now Vice President) of Toymods bought one of these a couple of weeks ago, absolutely pimping. Quote
irokin Posted February 27, 2013 Report Posted February 27, 2013 Pretty sure Nitephyre had one a few years back. It was a nice thing, sounded awesome. http://www.rollaclub.com/board/topic/17615-1985-toyota-century/ Quote
orangeLJ Posted February 27, 2013 Report Posted February 27, 2013 SOMEBODY PUT IT OUT OF ITS MISERY!!!!!! Paint it something less standout, lose the wing and body kit, (fix that horrendous interior) and the concept isnt too bad, reminds me of the Kombi ute things, could be a cool thing, just been horribly riced out. rian Posted March 8, 2013 Author Report Posted March 8, 2013 Okay so I need to get a new phone, can someone suggest a good smartphone? (but not an iphone because they're dumb) I've been thinking about getting a Nokia Lumia or HTC, something with Gorilla Glass or whatever it's called. Opinions on buying phones outright vs being on a plan? Buying off the internet vs from a store? 4G vs 3G? Windows vs Android? I basically just want to use it for calling/internet shit/maps, nothing fancy really. Any input would be swell. Quote
B.L.Z.BUB Posted March 8, 2013 Report Posted March 8, 2013 Samsung Galaxy (2 or 3, I went for a 2 because tight ass and smaller but does pretty much the same things). Android. Windows phones are shit. Theres a reason the Galaxys have taken market share over Apple. Quote
It's_AUDM_Yo Posted March 8, 2013 Report Posted March 8, 2013 My Motorola Defy+ has been really good, dropped about 50 times and no issues. Can do all the generic maps, facebook etc, etc well and there only like a $100 now or something crazy. Quote

Although if you're looking to buy one outright & stay prepaid (or whatever you have currently), a Samsung S2 should be well-priced & I can vouch for how much abuse Gorilla Glass can take. I have the S3 & it's larger size is a PITA sometimes, it is handy for maps & internet though with it's large screen. Android for the win. Quote
