It's_AUDM_Yo Posted September 29, 2012 Report Posted September 29, 2012 Look like SSR MK1's. There fine.... I hate there hotwire type things there gross Quote
Jono.C Posted September 29, 2012 Report Posted September 29, 2012 Ahhh old Brake boilers.. Yeah hotwires are rank, Can make a decent looking car look untidy, bogan and shit. It pisses me off even more when people ask $600 for them and call them 'Mesh' Quote
Jono.C Posted September 30, 2012 Report Posted September 30, 2012 Has anyone else who's ever wrecked a ke10, or got in one after they've been closed for a while, noticed that they all have the exact same shit smell? Quote
Willis Posted September 30, 2012 Report Posted September 30, 2012 Ahhh old Brake boilers.. Yep. Everyone says that lol. I don't reckon it'll be too bad but if it is, I'll sort something out. Some ducting maybe? Quote
Jono.C Posted September 30, 2012 Report Posted September 30, 2012 You should be right, I doubt you'll cook them drifting Quote
rian Posted September 30, 2012 Author Report Posted September 30, 2012 Will is your car almost ready for Matsuri? There's only 5 days left zomg :o Quote
Willis Posted October 1, 2012 Report Posted October 1, 2012 Yeah man! Almost! Gonne be in the nick of time though Quote
rian Posted October 8, 2012 Author Report Posted October 8, 2012 I wish I never found the performance catalogues at work, I just want to buy everything  Quote
rian Posted October 9, 2012 Author Report Posted October 9, 2012 Just fitted my first AN hose end on braided line, holy shit that was hard to do without a vice. My arms feel like jelly now. Quote
B.L.Z.BUB Posted October 9, 2012 Report Posted October 9, 2012 Will a lock spacer give as much extra lock as AE86 PS arms? I'm considering using XT130 steering arms so my RCA' s will fit. It'll never be drifted so the extra lock was mainly for slow turns. I don't want to cut and shut on a street car either. From what I can tell the XTs are the same lenght as AE86 non PS arms, are they the same as Ke70 ones though? Quote
Jono.C Posted October 9, 2012 Report Posted October 9, 2012 Lock spacer will add a bit yes, but your steering will be slower Ke70 is different bolt spacing than XT/AE8X Quote
B.L.Z.BUB Posted October 9, 2012 Report Posted October 9, 2012 (edited) Yes I know the spacing is different, if they were the same I'd just use ke70 ones and I wouldn't of asked. All I want to know is if XT and AE86/KE70 steering arms are the same lenght. *manual steering arms Edited October 9, 2012 by B.L.Z.BUB Quote
It's_AUDM_Yo Posted October 9, 2012 Report Posted October 9, 2012 99% sure they are the same length Quote
