rob83ke70 Posted August 16, 2011 Report Posted August 16, 2011 having never had a look under a ke36 before, and having not actually gotten my hands on the new car yet, I don't know what it all looks like under the rear, other than it having the jap diff. so the dumb question: will a ke55 rear swaybar fit under a ke36 panelvan? I was going to put the borgwarner housing with the swaybar mounts in the ke36 as well to save me some bother welding things... the (welded) diff in the ke36 is going to find a home in the khanacross car  Robert. Noah Posted August 20, 2011 Report Posted August 20, 2011 I made a aftermarket Ke30 swaybar fit under my ke36 wagon but had to make up some mounting brackets to go to the chassis rails was not that difficult. Quote
altezzaclub Posted August 20, 2011 Report Posted August 20, 2011 Well, you own a welder and you have this disgusting setup on all your cars, so it doesn't matter which one you use! :laff: Quote
SLO-030 Posted August 26, 2011 Report Posted August 26, 2011 Will you be having a spare tyre under the back? Pretty sure the radius in the Sedan swaybar to clear the pumpkin will hit the spare tyre/ holder. Quote
SLW42 Posted August 27, 2011 Report Posted August 27, 2011 Lol at that picture, it pretty much describes early ke's to a tee........... Leaf springs and no power hahahahahaha Other than that i'd suggest putting it up on the car and just sussing it all out before you start welding anything anywhere :D Quote
abbott Posted August 27, 2011 Report Posted August 27, 2011 is that bloke the swaybar on this beast? the welded him a bit off centre Quote
