Jrad Posted August 11, 2011 Report Posted August 11, 2011 Hey guys, I'm looking at importing a set of SSR Starsharks from Japan as a friend of mine has a container coming over at the end of the year. I've been looking around and have been trying to calculate if they'll fit under my car. They're 13' x 7' rear and 13'x 6.5' front with a 0 offset. Nice looking, and about 25000 yen, plus tyres when they get here. my guards have been rolled a bit already, but I want to avoid having to stretch them because it's had rust repairs. Here's a link for the ones I'm looking at/or similar. http://page5.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/e113010724 Translated, pretty much it says buyer beward because there's no sticker, but we've estimated 0 offset, etc. The dish looks nice ;) My question is: Is someone able to advise me if they'll fit under the car? Or will I need some modification to the guards to fit them? Thanks in advance :) Quote
benny1991 Posted August 11, 2011 Report Posted August 11, 2011 What height is your car at? Mine is just below 100mm with the same size and offset rear, and for the rear I had to flare the guards a bit. Fronts I'm unsure about as mine are 6 inch with about +6ish offset but I don't see why they wont fit easy enough. Quote
benny1991 Posted August 11, 2011 Report Posted August 11, 2011 P.s. What car were they for? Mine are sitting on my ke70. Quote
LittleRedSpirit Posted August 11, 2011 Report Posted August 11, 2011 Be nice to identify what you drive eh. Might help. Quote
Jrad Posted August 11, 2011 Author Report Posted August 11, 2011 (edited) Ah, yes. Hadn't selected my Avatar to show up :S KE70. It tucks the top few cms of the stock rear tyres. Roughly 2 coils lower than stock all 'round. Edited August 11, 2011 by Jrad Quote
KENut Posted August 11, 2011 Report Posted August 11, 2011 (edited) Will fit easy. Also, 13's Yay! Edited August 11, 2011 by KENut Quote
