oke020 Posted November 24, 2005 Report Posted November 24, 2005 Snipet from jamies FAQ Toyoglide Most auto corollas were fitted with the japanese Toyoglide gearbox. Earlier versions were 2 speed, later versions were 3 speed. Autos are wrong, you shouldn't use them. / Snipet Lol :D Quote
Super Jamie Posted November 24, 2005 Report Posted November 24, 2005 last time i met stewart ford's sister, she was driving his other registered corolla - a stock ke10 with 1077cc 1K and 2 speed toyoglide i imagine it would be akin to driving a suzuki mighty boy - dangerously slow i never even noticed the link in my sig didn't work, thanks for pointing it out, fixed now! Rolla__Boy Posted November 24, 2005 Report Posted November 24, 2005 Jero's new machine is the old 3K-2Speed toyoglide combo, it inspires fear in all other "traffic light drag race" competitors. But seriously, the only exciting moment driving it, is when first revs right out to 80 clicks and u snap it into second, and almost slow down. That is all Quote
Clown Posted November 24, 2005 Report Posted November 24, 2005 sounds like a mates datto 1000, auto. I think he managed to get it doin a skid and get it sideways one night when it was raining :D Thats a point I agree with  My old 4AC screaming along the highway at 4100 RPM at the top of 3rd was hardly an inspiring drive :jamie: Quote
Super Jamie Posted November 24, 2005 Report Posted November 24, 2005 i once had a ke30 with a 3 speed auto that would do awesome first gear burnouts. you could even get rotations in second on the grass, with a sigma wheel on one side! Quote
