Teddy Posted January 4, 2012 Report Posted January 4, 2012 yeah, a fair bit actually. removing the slant out of the pistons travel (ie. putting motor straight up) gives less internal friction along with allowing the ports to be higher for better efficiency (in relation to the manifold(s), with an added bonus of the length benefits you gain as a result of a longer manifold runner.
