Won on penalty's unlucky to have to play for that long though, as soon as kewell came on we never looked like loosing. What bad sportsmanship from them though and how bad was the ref! Swarzer was a machine in goals, Kewell a gun. What suprised me was how little viduka did!

Yeah that ref was a joke. The game didn't flow at all and until Ricoba went off, their free kicks were awesome. lucky we held em out.

Soccer is one sport that i never usually watch. But i tuned in for the second half and couldnt turn it off. I think i just wanted to see the faces of the Uruguay supporters if they lost. :lolcry: The Goalie was awesome, and Viduka was very average.

swarzer was craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazy in goals, nothing was going to get past him, and even the narrow misses, when you watched them again on replay he had them all coverd!

Was a Fantastic game! But i don't think Aussie will do to well in FIFA World cup if they don't sort there shit out. They still have a VERy long way to go yet.

And the Reffering was absolute CRAP!

But glad to see soccer fans of aussie finally get something to cheer about.

Soccer is a huge sport here yet there never has been a chance for the fans to come out and actully support soccer on an international level.
