Good Wreckers To Try For Parts

I have a 88 ae82 seca, I'm located on the Gold Coast and am seeking good places to search for parts. I know there is a toyota specialist wreckers in Komholtz court doesnt help me much as I don't overly know exactly what I am looking for atm. Have been out to a wreckers at capalaba where you do the work yourself which suits me really well as I can look around and find what I need or want and get it myself. So is there any other more dedicated toyota wreckers I could try or other wreckers which allow you to do the work yourself I could try for parts.

if you are willing to drive to capalaba, have a look at "boss wreckers", which is at tingalpa.

 

thats just near me, they always seem to have heaps of cars. they are also part of some sort of wreckers network (i think most are), so if they don't have the part there is a good chance they can find someone who will.

 

surely there is some wreckers down your way though?

 

just remember there is nothing really specific or special about an ae82 (or any corolla for that matter), smashed ones are abundant, plenty of parts. no need to search out toyota only wreckers. most wreckers with a decent collection should have a number of ae82s to pick at.

I'm regularly up Capalaba way anyway due to work so its not a major issue and yes boss wreckers is on my list did more searching late last night and this what I found believe they all self serve.

boss are pretty good i go there a fair bit. also there is kellys wrecking at castledine on beams road those gys have all kinds of good shit, but when its been raining their yard is a pain in the ass.
