4K Pedal Set Up For 4A-Gze

Hey, I have a KE70, and a 4A-GZE lined up. Got pretty much everything. But have been told that I 'need' and AE71 pedal box/clutch line, etc

 

I'm getting the engine off my cousin. He had it in a KE38 which ran a 4K setup, the same as the KE70. He said that he didn't get a new pedal box or anything.

 

So, i'm wondering if i'll be able to get away without the AE71 pedal box and stuff.

 

Any info or recommendation will be helpful.

4k never had hydralic setup. it would be easier getting a ae71 pedal box and not f@$king around with the pedal and clutch master.

 

i think ive seen one made with a ta22 slave?

Make custom everything.

Or

Use everything from a 4ac, from an ae71 that bolts straight in.

Fair enough. So, in a nutshell. I can't use my 4K setup.

 

What about universal pedal boxes? Or are they too much hassle?

It's a T50 gearbox out of a sprinter, and is mounted on the engine for RWD.

It's still doing my head in, not knowing whether I can do with out it. Coz he had it running fine with the stock 4K gearbox.
