Hi guys,

just signed up 10 mins ago and was looking for some info. I have a 1981 Corolla Panelvan and was going to restore it as a real head turner. The car already looks pretty good (At a distance) In all honesty it runs really well, has a couple of minor dings and a little rust but all in all a great little car.

I look like I may be moving house to the country and don't want to have to drag it along. don't even really know what its worth as I can't seem to find any around to compare prices with.

Ill post some photos in the next hour or so. Would be interested on the feedback.

Cheers

Not really a car person and was going to get an idea of doing it up as my Personal Training Bootcamp Van. It gopes really well needs front and rear chrome bumpers, interior door panels (which I have already cut out, just need to be covered and put back in), needs a service and rego. Have shown a mechanic friend who said only a about $250 all up for roadworthy. Could do with a re spray too.

Get it legal, and start working on it, and see where the Rolla bug leads you.

We are always here to help, but better to come with ideas than just ask what you should do.

Chrome bars are always a good start!

It has a vic rego label, do you know any of its history?

The bathurst mags and the plain ke front is what was on an

identical panel van that belonged to Mr Radiator in Greensborough.

I'm in Wheelers Hill. got it off a mate who didnt want it anymore. Have put new carpet in it and bought a few new things. Drives really well only needs a service and clean up.
