I'm kinda confused what to do, do i clean it up and do it to a have decent job or look for new ones. also if i clean it up the hole wiht the red circle around will that course my diff to leak in to the braks and then out of the brakes. or do the seals keep any oil from going in to the brakes. sorry if this is a stupid question.

cheers chris

only stupid question is the one you didnt ask (just don't tell some blokes around here)

shouldn't cause any major issues, your axle seal should stop any oil leaking past to your wheel bearing, but if thats gone your brakes will see some oil, but not before you bearing gets flogged out :)

In short, shouldnt be an issue, but do double check the condition of your axle seals while you have them out.
