silverra23 Posted May 18, 2011 Report Posted May 18, 2011 You kinda missed my point.. i don't really give a sh*t what order you do it in.. i was saying if you don't have the skills to work out a relatively simple thing like a cooling issue then maybe you shouldn't be f*cking with your suspension(and thats cool if you don't have those skills, everyone has to learn some where, and I did that with my first celica and its cooling system).. Nostalgia Posted May 18, 2011 Author Report Posted May 18, 2011 (edited) Again mate, suspension is going to be after I've sorted out everything else; and after I've learn more. I don't plan to be doing the suspension by myself, you shouldn't work under a car by yourself anyway. EDIT: I wouldn't want to be like, "Oh this is so sweet, my van looks amazing," then have the front end fall apart! Found out what the cooling problem was, something so simple. The radiator cap and the part with the thread are damaged, which let all the water evaporate out when it got warm, then overheated. Which may explain why the temp gauge would always show almost 'c' until the last moments of life when it would skyrocket. Edited May 18, 2011 by Nostalgia Quote
FOOMAN Posted May 18, 2011 Report Posted May 18, 2011 You kinda missed my point.. i don't really give a sh*t what order you do it in.. i was saying if you don't have the skills to work out a relatively simple thing like a cooling issue then maybe you shouldn't be f*cking with your suspension(and thats cool if you don't have those skills, everyone has to learn some where, and I did that with my first celica and its cooling system).. Why do you think that he has come on here asking questions? He's trying to learn. And as he said, before any lowering happens he's going to find out whats wrong with his cooling system. But just because something is a little bit harder than something else doesn't mean you can't try it anyway. The cooling system is totally different to suspension anyway so comparing it is silly. Plus what someone may view as a easy task may be relatively hard for someone else. and visa versa. Quote
