Why hasn't this thread been locked....ADMINS you abuse us when we talk about drifting on roads and this clown comes in with no experience wanting to buy a corolla only to thrash the shit out of and slide all over the place. I agree with twinky, scar92 you are the clown.

Get off the road if you want to drive like an absolute f@$k head. Your the type of c**t that f@$ks everything up for future generations of p platers and other drivers on the road.

Grow up.

Another saying i have no experience, how do you know this? an unanswerable question because you have no f@#king idea who i am or what experience i have, and there is no need to talk about it. But you still jump in and have a dig when over and over ill say i don't care what comments you have to make about me as a driver. I asked a question, you clearly can't/won't answer it so why have a stab at me? is that how you get off?

I have a growing interest in corollas and joined this site in hope to learn more about them. I read over the rules and regulations to see that this trolling is frowned upon as on most forums, yet you guys want to woffle on about how inexperienced i am as a driver. I don't have a go at you for being more cautious then my grandmother because i don't know or care who you are.

I asked for your opinions on cars, not for you and your boyfriends to have a winge about all this other bullsh!t.

Cause of the quoteable "I had a corona bush basher" and "have nearly written off my ba xr6", your 19 yeah? And on your p's?

At the end of the day it doesn't matter how much experience you have, it takes that little thing to make a huge mistake even when driving legally but is so much easier when your driving illegally.

I've been on my Ps for 2 years, and know [sic] that doesn't give me a world of experience

So.... a 19 year old 2 year P plater with little experience who wants to drift corollas illegally on public roads.

Seems to be what you boil down to.

And you wonder why we don't want to help you break the law?

Posted

scar we aren't trivialising you driving ability. Maybe you are the worlds best driver.

But more than likely if you were a really good track warrior these types of questions wouldn't need to be asked by you.

You could drive go karts for years but a ton of metal with a completely different way of handling is a different kettle of fish.

We are here to, and enjoy helping.

We are not here to help you get yourself injured or killed, or worse, an innocent bystander on a public road (people DO work in industrial estates at night).

Dave is right.

Ask the question right, get the right answers.

Act and ask like a run of the mill dickhead P plater who thinks he is a drift king above the law...

then expect derision and no help.

I tried to ask the question the right way, i know I'm not a drift king and i stated that i understand P platers are stereotyped like that. I clearly tried to distinguish myself from that sort of run of the mill young c@#t. You older blokes seem to give us no leniency, i try to be respectful and all the rest, i try to keep it on topic but i continue to cop shit about everything but what i actually asked about.

When creating a username in future forums and future posts ill be sure to no link myself to a P plater in any way. Lesson learnt!

No, i was saying that being licensed for 2 years doesn't give me the experience i have. But i have made up for it through other avenues. Trying to point out that i don't just think i have experience because i've been driving for 2 years - was trying to distinguish myself from a typical P plater. My point was that outside of this topic people don't know what experience i have, so why comment on it.

What avenue's have given you the experience that makes it alright for you to illegally drift on public roads?

Mate, saying you are going to illegally drift a car on public roads put you in a certain box.

If I came on this forum and asked for help breaking in to houses should I expect helpful answers?

People may have been harsh but think about it.

We use this website most days and it is helpful and fun.

All of a sudden its over run by questions about illegal activity on roads.

And don't be so naive that these forums aren't occasionally visited by the law.

We lose our site we like, we lose our help.

Everyone loses.

I didn't realise i was posting to a bunch of Tracy Grimshaw fans.

I havent mentioned the word drift, the way you guys go on and on about it paints the image of ripping up the handbrake and smoking up the road past a few pedestrians.

Over run by questions about illegal activity? Put your skirt back on!

And all bullshit aside, this website would not be shut down because of one topic that hints towards driving illegally, realistically.

t18drifts, thanks for the advice, honestly appreciate it mate :)
