Ryan, you have nothing to prove - you finished the wagon!!! It's your car so do what you want with it. Just be sure you have planned it out well because it sounds like it has the potential to cost a bit of $$$$

And by turning an already rarer car into a ute, its making it pretty much unique and worth a lot more to yourself :) At the end of the day, you decide what you want to do with your car. No one else can stop you :P
