Ke Paint Choice

Ive been thinking of a dark metalic grey for my KE55. Nice colour IMO. Its hard to find the colour I'm thinking of.

yeah gun metal grey looks awesome up against the chrome bumpers IMO. N15 pulsars come out in a nice gun metal grey as did early 90's mazda astinas. i am also looking at 70's and 80's jap stuff, a nice metalic chocolate brown or copper brown would look awesome woth gold or chrome mags. What colour mags you running?

Well I'm thinking chrome or alloys or steel havnt made up my mind yet but leaning more towards steel or chrome..

Me too, i spent a year choosing my last colour, and then a week before i was about to paint i nearly did a rush change to a retro dark brown with a slightly lighter brown pearl. Which for some reason i still think is cool.

 

If there is one thing i have worked out with pearls its they have to be very similar to the base colour, usually a few shades lighter, just enough to give a good shimmer in the light.
