My ke30 seems to blow minimal bluish smoke, much better that timing has been fixed. Just bought it and hasnt run much over last 5-10 years, what would you recommend I do?

Yep, Change the oil and filter if you haven't all ready and just drive it for a few hundred km's and keep an eye on the smoke. It may disappear or stay.

Our Ke11 use to blow a little smoke and it only had been driven a handful of times in a few years. Fresh oil and some spirited driven fixed it and now it doesn't blow anything. A 41 year old 3k that doesn't blow smoke is hard to believe, i know.
