Corey_wwv Posted March 9, 2011 Report Posted March 9, 2011 hi all i have a ke30 and am starting to collect bits and pieces to make it go abit better :) but i don't want to just go drop a big engine in and hoon around i want handling and good brakes most of all. so far i have a big port 4age, t50, corona front struts and brakes as the calipers, disks and shocks are bigger. so i am just wondering what diffs will just bolt in that are strong and have disc brakes, besides the sprinter as the ones i have found are expensive. thanks, Corey Quote
oh what a nissan feeling! Posted March 9, 2011 Report Posted March 9, 2011 none, there are no stronger diffs at all that just bolt in. Quote
sprattz30 Posted March 9, 2011 Report Posted March 9, 2011 Mate, I reckon a stock diff may last if you don't shock load it too much like side stepping the clutch or flat changes etc you Should be able to drive it hard, some people on here have managed to make the ke diffs survive behind ca's and such, so 4age's 100 odd kw should be ok . Maybe. if you do go the effort of a swap go beefy so you don't do it twice. Cheers. Quote
