Got a call from the guys mixing my paint, STILL trying to match a color. :/

One thing they said is if i ever need another batch made up they can't do it, Because they can't get it the same again..

Those new indicators look like #E20 sprinter ones as they look larger then the KE10 ones.

Might be too late as you just bought those but u could clean up the old ones by polishing up the aluminum trim and lense

They're same size as ke10's although 1/3" taller. They are only reproduction ones and for a 44 year old and the price i paid i wasn't expecting anything amazing.

I maybe could have fixed the old ones, but, what i didnt show was the inside, where all the metal had corroded and rusted to the point taking the bulb out would crack the whole holder out..

Plus the plastic on the old ones is so brittle it cracked taking the screw out..

This thread is slowly becoming car porn.

I am about to make up a whitewall rack, which you can use if interested. Basically an old hub on a wooden stand, a horizontal guide, a few clamps for razors, and once masked - voila - a perfect circle for the application of rubber paint

Can't wait to see this thing evolve and make its way onto the streets. Seems as though progress is being made quickly considering what you started with bro.
