Jono.C Posted February 23, 2012 Author Report Posted February 23, 2012 Cheers. :D OH! I forgot to say, She's all green!!!!!!! I have about 5 minutes of wet sanding to do on 2 spots and that's it, 2 final coats over the whole car and she can sit for a few weeks until i polish it and start rebuilding. :D Quote
Willis Posted February 23, 2012 Report Posted February 23, 2012 Fuack yeah. Good work. Keep the pictures coming brother. Quote
Jono.C Posted February 24, 2012 Author Report Posted February 24, 2012 (edited) It's all green! :laff: Mind you it needs the final 2 coats and i'm trying to source a shed to borrow for those. So it's 2 days from being a year since i bought the thing, She's come a fair way in my opinion! Here's a before and after thingy. Big thanks to Stu (Kickn5k) and slo030 for help and advice so far. - Jono Edited February 26, 2012 by Jono.C Quote
67Rolla-Ken Posted February 24, 2012 Report Posted February 24, 2012 I see a slight improvement  Quote
Jono.C Posted February 24, 2012 Author Report Posted February 24, 2012 Cheers :) Oh, if you're wondering why the door frame isn't painted, That and the pillar behind it will be black  Quote
SLW42 Posted February 27, 2012 Report Posted February 27, 2012 seems it has come along way from where it began brosef, keep at it and you'll be driving it soon enough Quote
Jono.C Posted March 13, 2012 Author Report Posted March 13, 2012 My camber tops rocked up today :D Had a fiddle and they are Overrated. Shitloads of adjustment and the provided spacer and nuts are perfect. Pictured are with ke20 top hats to lower my ke10 a bit when i put them in. And as you can see they don't foul like factory ke10 ones on ke20 top hats. Just need new balljoint rubbers and to throw it all in. :jamie: Quote
nerfbat Posted March 13, 2012 Report Posted March 13, 2012 nice mate..! do you feel the road with those tops tho? curious, as ive never used any b4 on the street Quote
Jono.C Posted March 13, 2012 Author Report Posted March 13, 2012 Yeah it'll be a lot bumpier than the factory tops, mainly due to the fact these don't have any rubber in them and the factory ones do. Although with the factory ke10 springs it shouldn't be an issue. :) Quote
snotyellowke55 Posted March 14, 2012 Report Posted March 14, 2012 Hells yeah, looking good mate Quote
Jono.C Posted March 14, 2012 Author Report Posted March 14, 2012 Cheers Michael! How's yours going? Didn't see you at Breath of Life last weekend Quote
