ae824ate Posted February 24, 2011 Report Posted February 24, 2011 (edited) Hey guys. Its awkward sharing this because alot of rollaclub members are P platers. About 10 times in the last week i have seen stupid little weeds treating their corolla's like they are f@$kin 600hp drift cars. What really set me off (and I'm still worked up), was a fat little c**t and his 12 foot tall mate in a red ke70 here in toowoomba, almost took out a woman and her kids in a car, revving the ring out of the poor old bitch, just driving like f@$kheads in general, so i gave them a few "words". Then they followed us around for half an hour while my fiance held me in the car, still wanna beat the snot out of them and help them wake up!! I remember being that age, learning how to control a car etc, but we did it where it was safe, and no one else would be hurt if something went wrong. P platers please remember you are not bullet proof, and if you have an old school rolla, escort, gemini, torana etc, treat it with some f@$kin respect, and treat other road users with respect, or someone like me will flog the snot out of ya!!! Would like to hear other peoples opinions and stories! Edit. I am not picking on P platers, or saying they all drive the same. Edited February 24, 2011 by ae824ate 1
xmoht Posted February 24, 2011 Report Posted February 24, 2011 By words do you mean you shouted profanity at them from within your car?
Mason. Posted February 24, 2011 Report Posted February 24, 2011 fcuking p-platers! haha kidding i am one, i totally agree with you though. there are some among us that think its tuff as shit to rip a skid in mc donalds car parks, or speed everywhere. Just having a general dis-respect for other saftey. I call these people peanuts, I have never actually yelled at them though. normally just give them the "aww yeahh mate. your a mad c**t aye" treatment Although i do find it quite ammusing when other p-platers tail gate me. Just slow down to forty untill they get the shits and turn away. not sure where I'm going with this post, might stop typing now
Evan G Posted February 24, 2011 Report Posted February 24, 2011 correct. come down Melbourne and get every single c**t in there commodore stair at you? uhh can i help you?. feed up of this i yelled at some knob in his clapped out vn "WHAT THE F>CK ARE YOU LOOKING AT" while he was rolling past me eye balling me and my car. you sit at the lights and look at a P plater, see his mate turn and say something at the driver then they both stare at you. f@$king pisses me off. make me wanna sell the car!
Mason. Posted February 24, 2011 Report Posted February 24, 2011 WAIT! I did once see a p-plate who just obtained their licence, driving a white stock as a nugget auto ke70. he tried sliding around a round about in the rain with his mate in the car and lost control and mounted the curb. ohhh wait, that was me  i used to be a dick head driver, then i just got over it. safe roads people
Evan G Posted February 24, 2011 Report Posted February 24, 2011 +1 ^^ soon as you crash one (even thou it wasnt your fault) then have to bus it to work for a while you really respect the old girl.
jono1986 Posted February 24, 2011 Report Posted February 24, 2011 I think it's all drivers these days, no one gives a shit about anyone else on the road. And this is a WGMG btw
B.L.Z.BUB Posted February 24, 2011 Report Posted February 24, 2011 Saw someone change lanes from the outside to the inside and run a taxi on the inside off the road. At 100kph. Those mirrors aren't for show and your neck can turn and look beside you.

KEhendo Posted February 24, 2011 Report Posted February 24, 2011 p plater reporting in. i've spun 4 times and each one of those times did not hit a thing. every time i've pushed the limits it's been on a quiet road with no one around. i don't consider myself a great driver but i do consider myself more observant than most of the p platers around my area. i think that having an older car with quite sub-par standard brakes makes you a lot more weary of erratic drivers and situations unfolding far ahead down the road.
rian Posted February 24, 2011 Report Posted February 24, 2011 I rev my car out heaps but still can't keep up with traffic...
Istartfires Posted February 24, 2011 Report Posted February 24, 2011 I rev my car out heaps but still can't keep up with traffic... Yeah me to man I think it's because it only has one cat power, there ain't any hp left just cat power
Sloth Posted February 24, 2011 Report Posted February 24, 2011 LoL @ catpower. I agree with whats been said, a lot of people want to have fun in their cars (and I'm all for that), but you need to do it safely, you can't treat the roads like a racetrack. I have seen some pretty stupid things in my time. More than once I have seen commodores getting sideways in bumper to bumper peak hour traffic (when the traffic starts to move they floor it, drop the clutch and slide the car while doing a burnout for a meter or two before the traffic stops again).
Raven Posted February 24, 2011 Report Posted February 24, 2011 Get your jollies on a skid pan, not on a public road, no matter where it is or how quiet the road is. Think with your brains, not with your dicks!
