Ella Posted February 24, 2011 Author Report Posted February 24, 2011 (edited) heres a really crap pic of test fit of front bar, defs need all the bolts in both sides instead of just one back one. itll all line up perfect then. This is why we use FACTORY parts instead of cheap malaysian ripoffs kids :P BEFORE i can go putting the front bar on properly i need to fix YET ANOTHER f@$ked thread where a bolt mounts. Man phil how does a dude crossthread so much shi7 on one car?? :( Edited February 24, 2011 by Ella Quote

Ella Posted March 6, 2011 Author Report Posted March 6, 2011 ok so been a little quiet lately due to the purchase of this: my new staffy puppy, his names ratchet :D any hoo while reed was here we did a little.. before: After: Clear crystal VT commodore guard flashers, look great imo. Quote
nz_83_dx Posted March 6, 2011 Report Posted March 6, 2011 Do the vt guard indicators just bolt straight up? Quote
Ella Posted March 6, 2011 Author Report Posted March 6, 2011 nah mate a small amount of cutting required. youd need a dremel and half an idea of what your doing lol. a very easy job to stuff up and wreck the guard. Quote
Ella Posted March 13, 2011 Author Report Posted March 13, 2011 (edited) update is had a full day on sat of clearing out all the crap from my yard and today i was supposed to build a gate/fence to keep my dog in but while doing so the angle grinder disc exploded ( :o ) and munted one of my fingers on my left hand. I'm all patched up now but this kinda puts me off schedule for working on the car through the week. on the front of the car, all thats left to do is a few brake lines and its off to the auto eleccys to make it run. Will try get my mitts on some bundy tube next week and a bender. have a flaring tool to be borrowed from same friend who has the auto eleccy skills. so its really quite close now i guess, just like usual i have lots of outside things getting in the way of rolla time haha.
