Unless you want the car to drive like a real POS don't get 16's, or anything bigger. My uncles Nova has 16x7's with low profile tyres, the thing rubs the wheels on the strut tower, rubs on the guards and the thing isn't even lowered. Hes contemplating getting rid of them, and putting 13's back on.

Still, I'd put up with it for the looks... I'm that sort of person. I like the rough ride, lets you know your still in a car :jamie:

OMFG!!! I thought these were discontinued? I've been chasing a set forever. My CA18 hachi had a set of weak ass 14x6 +20 hayashi's. I've been longing for a set of 15x9's forever.

Not a good photo. But still :jamie:

i just want a set of 15" steelies from a late FWD corolla for our nova (AE92). stuff 16's or 17's, not interested in looks, would rather spend the money on GOOD tyres.

agreed. i want rt104 steelies and some decent 185/60/14s for my panelvan

i thought the corona rims were only 5" wide. i like the ra60/tercel 14x5.5" wide rims better. had a set on my old ke30. yea, it is the tyres that make your car go fast around corners, not the wheels.

those hayashi rims, or whatever they are look real good on stocko looking rx3's.

only fives hey, i was not aware of this :jamie:

i was hoping to keep with steelies either way, "factory alloys" would just make insurance more difficult. i'm stinging it with this car

Slightly off-topic, but I have four or five 15x6.0 steel wheels off the current model Corolla. If you're really desperate for some you can pay the postage on them and they're yours. I've also got some 14x5.5's in the same stud pattern (off either an Echo or a Corolla).
