ke70kid Posted January 29, 2011 Author Report Posted January 29, 2011 small update was getting annoyed with the little plate on back of the head so instead of resealing i just picked up a new motor and 5 speed !! motors done 80,000km so should be nice and fresh. old ones coming out in the next week so we will go from there. also dx tail lights arrived and are now installed. now just waiting on bumpers and quads !! pics soon !! ke70kid Posted February 4, 2011 Author Report Posted February 4, 2011 was off the road over the last week to take out the old tired 4k and put in a 4k with an original 80,000km on it went in today after work and runnning like a dream also upgraded from 4 to 5 speed !!! thanks to aaronsae71 for his help. he's a life saver :y: Quote

ke70kid Posted February 9, 2011 Author Report Posted February 9, 2011 got my dx bumpers in the mail today !! now all i have to do is work out how to fit them. we are thinking of clipping off the plastic bumper and leaving the original metal inners, and cutting it to fit and bolting through. hope that will work but if not back to the drawing board, as we have no brackets. let me know of any suggestions cheers Quote

There is a KE3 something panelvan at UPI Elizabeth which has the bumpers intact and therefore the chrome bolts. You could also pillage bolts from that series or T18 bumpers if someone has some stuffed bumpers Quote
