TomoKE55 Posted January 20, 2011 Author Report Posted January 20, 2011 cheers fella's. My indicators aren't flashing, they just stay on. I'm guessing its the flasher box(or whatever it's called lol) going to try and get that fixed this arvo and might be getting a resinator or another muffler put in the exhaust aswell, she's a bit too loud at the moment. And i'll be putting the 5 speed in probably next weekend. Thanks for the encouragment, Tom. Quote
JJT036 Posted January 21, 2011 Report Posted January 21, 2011 Looks awesome mate. :y: However, I'm not really a fan of those Sigma Mags. Otherwise, top job. :) Josh  Quote
ijg033 Posted January 21, 2011 Report Posted January 21, 2011 Yeah Tom , sounds like a Flasher can prob , Whilst you have the indicators & give it a belt & if starts working you'll know 100% thats its faulty , Don't think your've fixed it though :lolcry: as it will stuff up again , Cheers Dave Quote
TomoKE55 Posted January 21, 2011 Author Report Posted January 21, 2011 (edited) Cheers, but i like my wheels :P Took it to Hackham auto elecs this arvo, it was the flasher box. He fixed it for $20 in about 10 mins, then went to fast fit exhausts and got a resinator put in it, sounds a bit better but the rear muffler is a tri-flow(The exhaust dude said this is why it sounds like shit) so i'm going to get that swapped over for a straight through one next week. Cheers, Tom Edited January 21, 2011 by TomoKE55 Quote
TomoKE55 Posted January 22, 2011 Author Report Posted January 22, 2011 Gave her a service, high pressured the bay, and put the 5 speed in today ready for the trial run to mannum tomorrow  Quote
TomoKE55 Posted January 23, 2011 Author Report Posted January 23, 2011 i need to set the valve gaps, she's tappin. but i forgot the spacing. Can anyone help me out? Quote
TomoKE55 Posted January 30, 2011 Author Report Posted January 30, 2011 (edited) Went down to sellicks beach today. Couldn't resist. And the finishing touch, A pair of Rollaclub stickers. lol Edited January 31, 2011 by TomoKE55 Quote
TomoKE55 Posted February 12, 2011 Author Report Posted February 12, 2011 parked her today and realised there was a trail of petrol following it and a puddle under the bay, the steel fuel line had snapped. A couple of hose clamps and some plastic tube and i was on my way again(bush mechanics lol) is there a way to change to rubber hoses or do i have to search for a new metal one? Cheers, Tom. Quote
SLO-030 Posted February 12, 2011 Report Posted February 12, 2011 If its tucked up out of the way and secured with P-clamps it will be fine. Rubber fuel hoses under the car arent looked upon too favourably by the authorities, just a heads up incase you get defected to regency. Quote
BUZ440 Posted February 12, 2011 Report Posted February 12, 2011 how tough would a roll cage look in there, haha keep at it mate, bet she drives like a dream on the highway, windows down at 70 haha Quote
TomoKE55 Posted February 26, 2011 Author Report Posted February 26, 2011 So, I'm THINKING about putting her up for sale :hmm: as i have 3 more rolla's(55 4 Door, 55 coupe, and another 30 2 door thats way cleaner and running a 5k just needs paint  ) and no more money lol. What do you all think a fair price is? the paint isn't the best up close but it's ok, straight as and it had fuksall rust. Cheers, Tom. Quote
