That does suck, looks like he hit it hard.

 

I had a group a bar on my vk and it was lowered, I parked behind another guy at work and when he went to leave in his patrol he didn't see my car and reversed smashing the grille.

If that happened to me I'd have to walk away from the job and never return.......Haven't had anything like that happen, my mate did run into the side of my Pajero with a atv but that was kinda funny.

no i have no other daily. i was going to take this car off the road and go over it completely, after i got my ke10 driving as a daily (which i am 4 months away from doing). not sure on insurance he just wants to pay me as he has a large excess.

Better off making some sort of agreement with him for the value of the car and get him to pay you that. It would have to be more than an insurance company would pay for it.

 

Unless of course you have insurance on it for an agreed value :hmm:
