G'day Chris , thanks for the comments & re the front spoiler I thought the same initially but think once I lower the car it will look better being closer to the ground , I would've like more downward angle in it but that meant alot of Fibreglass work , I need to check up the progress on your wagon & will do over the next couple of days , Bit behind ,

G'day Josh , Yeah I like Fat tyres checl out the 1st pic on page 1 they were 245/50/14's on 5 1/4 in rims , But these days wide low profile 14 in tyres are so expensive so just went for 195's on the Rear ,

Yah i reckon the Supercharger set up & twin exhaust will be something different , I have a AC/DC Tig so welding the Alloy won't be a problem & I'm looking at buying a Plasma cutter to cut the Alloy flange plates I'll need to weld to the manifold & mount the Supercharger with ,

I restore cars for a living & do most of the cars myself , the only thing I don't do is fit the Seat trim but I have done this when totally necessary , I'll generally try to do anything myself & I'm mostly self taught bar my trade as a mechanic ,

Anyway here are some pics below of the Bathurst Globes fitted with new 185/60/14 front & 195/60/14 rear , I bodgied up some centre caps for the wheels ,

Cheers

Dave

G'day Dave,

This thread has been a enjoyable read! The previous wagons look great, but this one is

again better. I'm one for originality and those strips, the upper belt line and the lower bold stripe with the Corolla CS insignia are brilliant :y: It ties in well with the developing style on the exterior and the Globes suit it also.

Keep up the good work :y:

Cheers Ben , Yeah I like the stripes too & they look period correct ,

Cheers Josh ,

Yeah I'll be looking at dropping the front 2in & the back 2.5in with a Extra Leaf fitted , I'm also going to buy some camber adjusters I've found in the US that replace the Lower Steering arm with fully adjustable Ball Joint Location , I will be ordering them in the next couple of weeks & when they get here I'll post pics ,

Cheers

Dave

Just a Small update , I've Smoothened out the exterior of the Head removing all sharp edges & Polished it , Its not 100% finished as a couple of corner bits need finishing but you get the idea ,

I'm going to see if I can fit slightly larger Valves fitted to the head when it goes off to get machined now that I've finished playing ,

Heres the Pics ,

Cheers
