Yeh mate, its easy,. Just go to your local engineering shop and tell them that you want an inverted vee block made for your engine so you can run two cylinder heads. Thats the simplest way. Cheers.

Maaaaaate, I don`t mean to offend you but you do need to study up on the working of the basic internal combustion engine.

Probably the closest that you will ever come to finding a 4age quad cam is if you go to your local signwriter and get him to make you some stickers for the top of the cam cover of your engine.
