Do you have power going to the back of the light?

Do you have continuity between the earth of the light and the body?

If the globes have been replaced are they double filament or single?

Do the rest of the parks work?

Do the brake lights work?

Ummmm.....

You can just unplug it and try, the relay (if even fitted) is underneath that kick panel next to the accelerator pedal. If you have a multi meter check power going into the switch, according to the diagram it could be a white wire or a grey wire or a red/green....this is easier in person.
