Exedy in reply to both Posts.

I used a Exedy Sports Tuff in my 30, I recommend it!

TYK-6036HD for the HD

and TYK-6036HDB for the button variant.

Button part number was for Ev dogga.

Remembered the 5k is a 200mm clutch.

Dunno if they do a 200mm kit with a K series friction plate?

Unless your running a 4k flywheel?

Evan - To put a k40 or k50 behind a 5k you have to use a 180mm 3/4k flywheel. There is no (off the shelf) kit to allow you to retain the 200mm 5k flywheel.

Maybe see if they can do a 200mm clutch with the K 19 spline?

I know a 4age pressure plate bolts up to a 5k flywheel, so there's deffinatly a sports tuff pressure plate to suit.

just had a look under all the 4age's and they seam to be all 21 spline?

if the 19spine 180mm will take the abuse ill be happy

In the theory it'll work but the 200mm pressure plate won't fit inside the bellhousing..... been there, done that after buying a $400 (mates rates) clutch! :bash:

Into a KE70 bellhousing it will fit. According to what i've found on here :hmm:

Possibly. Deffinately not a KE30/55 box OR a cable K-T bell.

For what you'd pay to get the custom clutch plate made, compared to sourcing a 180mm FW IMHO I think you're better off just using the normal 180mm kit.
