Twin headlight front end....how very datsun of you

I have always wished that toyota had made a KE30 with twin headlights....I love twin headlights.

Car is coming along well.

It is going to be one fine vehicle when complete that's for sure

One of you neesan drivers had to call it a Datsun sooner or later !

If I had a dollar for every time someone's called the current white 70 a Datsun..

Damm wish i had twin headlights. :)

Oh well one day. Tell me was there any modding of the front to put them in or was it a direct bolt in.

Keep up the good work Luv it :S

For the Australian Spec early front ends its a direct bolt up. The Scott's (TRD Brothers) have got a "DX" corolla from NZ, and the front end bolts upto them as well.

But for the twin headlights to bolt up to the later flat models, you need a different rad support as well.. a nightmare I don't need to contend with !

Because my car is an 84 then i would have to convert it back to the older style 81-82. That will probally take some time to do properly. Then i would have to find the twin headlight setup and in Australia that would be like finding a needle in a hay stack, Besides i like the 83-84 shape better.

Thanks Teddy :rocknroll:
