I couldnt get KE70 to work as a prestige as they don't allow that combination :P

But... they pay for their plates EVERY YEAR. ie, they pay for the use of their plates, we pay for the actual plates themselves...

yeah, its cost me $90 every bloody year. i should have put my previous personalised plates into storage (had them before they changed to a yearly fee)
