Firery70 Posted July 29, 2007 Report Posted July 29, 2007 (edited) After messaging Goldke70 for some info, he said I should wack up some photo's of my car, which is undergoing some repair work after first and previous owner had a minor prang. It is a one owner 1982 Panelvan with 165,000 K's on the clock (first round!) 4 speed manual and 4k-c motor, excellent original airconditioning and interior and body in pretty good condition for age with very little rust. So far I have stripped out interior and cleaned pretty much everything (being a car detailer for several years helped!) added a JVC CD/MP3 player in the place of the old tapedeck, had drivers seat edge re-upholstered, have ordered new RHS Front fender and are in the process of getting a new front apron, bumperbar and light surrounds to finish it off.(If anyone can supply some of these please message me!) Still have to brush touch a few spots here and there, fix dent in passenger door and add some carpet or rubber matting to the cargo area. It is still registered and will be used as daily driver to work and so far including cost of car and parts so far it owes me only $430. Also own a silver 2002 Corolla Ascent that I bought new, which has Sportivo front skirting (rest to be added later) 16 Inch Shadow Chrome ROH wheels, Sportivo silver done on interior with Pioneer CD Player, but I will stick pics of that elsewhere on this site.
