scottiriver Posted October 5, 2010 Report Posted October 5, 2010 Hey As far as i know all the engine parts fit eg. carb, zorst manufold etc, gearboxes fit but may not line up as in the lever. good luck mate! Scott Quote
Taz_Rx Posted October 5, 2010 Report Posted October 5, 2010 Be a bit more specific on what parts you want to know about. We're not going to give you a full list of everything interchangable between cars. Quote
ROSSOTOON Posted October 7, 2010 Author Report Posted October 7, 2010 Specifically i would like to know if the front struts/suspension will change over and if any of the steering components will as well. cheers Quote
Taz_Rx Posted October 8, 2010 Report Posted October 8, 2010 Steering components are all the same. Front struts are also the same. Be aware though that the 30 will have sumitomo (Jap) calipers and discs and the 55 will have Girlock (Aus) calipers and discs 1mm thicker. Quote
towe001 Posted October 10, 2010 Report Posted October 10, 2010 Steering components are all the same. Front struts are also the same. :no2: Yes and no. Ke70 springs are narrower. If your chasing for some crazy camber they'll be good if you don't want coil overs. Unlike the ke30/55 struts the '70's struts are directional (left side can only be used on the left) Apart from that they'll fit but you'll have to swap over bearing plates (the part that bolts the strut to the car body) Quote
Taz_Rx Posted October 10, 2010 Report Posted October 10, 2010 :bash: Just realised it was similarities between 70's and 55's. For some reason when I wrote the last above post I was thinking you wanted to know about 30's and 55's. Quote
