My Ke26 Panovan

hey all, just picked up myself a new daily. 1974 ke26 panovan

 

besides a lil bit of surface rust and a front left fender that needs replacing its really clean. front grill emblem is overrated, original toyota tool kit, original 98000 on the 3k. runs amazing.

 

 

speaker box and embossed seats

 

 

uncracked dash under the mat

 

plans as of the moment are some mazda 13s. portawalls. discs on the front. and i'm undecided if i want to touch the height

I'm diggin' the originality and the Corolla Emblem stitched into the Seats.

 

If you're goin' for the Mazda 13s, lower her around 1 or 2" all round.

 

Any plans Engine Bay wise? What a overrated Beast.

yeh i wanna keep this thing semi original. no cutting of anything on the interior, only reckon i'll lower it an inch, had 2 inches on my ke20 sedan and as much as i loved that its just not what i;m after with this.

 

sourced some 13s from ke20me. reckon i will paint them aqua coloured just to give this thing a fresh look.

 

engine to stay original, its yet to hit 100,000k's and its all log booked serviced so i am confident its all legit. it runs so well, the gearbox is tight as and there is no diff whine or anything.

 

gunna get some more pics up soon. the window and door rubbers are like new. no cracks in anything. all chrome work is overrated! those things on the doors are apparently original reflectors/stop from damaging other cars. love it!

just a idea, with ya wheels you said you might paint them aqua, what about a similar navy to the interior bit different fresh and ties it together with the interior

i dig what ya mean, with the matching. but something bright has always been my style.

 

aqua wheels, and probs take the airfilter box out and do it the same aqua. i reckon it should all tie in with the navy as well.

 

the mighty 3k. will give it a nice clean up.
