B.L.Z.BUB Posted September 5, 2010 Report Posted September 5, 2010 Know the feeling mate, when I stripped my ksev I couldn't believe the amount of gunk I came across. Old gear box oil soaked into the carpet, spider webs in the steering column cover. It feels good once its clean and fresh though. If you have any bad smells sprinkle some bicarb soda through the car, leave for an hour and vacuum up. Works wonders. Quote
Undertaker_is_the_best Posted September 5, 2010 Report Posted September 5, 2010 not a bad little weapon there mate well done put some wheels on it and yea maybe lower it a bit and please hold on to this car for a while Quote
PHATKE20S Posted September 5, 2010 Report Posted September 5, 2010 4AGE would go nice in that mate, should be fairly easy aswell with a 3A already there....... I say raise it up a few inches and find your own way through the bush. Who needs roads..... Quote
Tazrolla Posted September 5, 2010 Report Posted September 5, 2010 i had one of these a few years back and it was a great car off road... i raced a 4x4 landcruizer through the bush and it had no probs apart from ground clearence (some places the cruizer went i had to go round) but apart from clearence it was a great off roader Quote
roladude Posted September 5, 2010 Author Report Posted September 5, 2010 Anyone have a nudge bar that will fit. Probably the same as a AE82 Quote
Toy-Yoda[RL] Posted September 5, 2010 Report Posted September 5, 2010 (edited) Go on, you won't :laff: I would :rolls: On Topic: Off road capable tires, slightly taller springs, and brush bars. Kgo. :bash: You have a ball of fun waiting to happen. Edited September 5, 2010 by Toy-Yoda Quote

Kgo. :bash: You have a ball of fun waiting to happen. The only thing that stopped Little Winston was rampover angle and water. Other than that, he'd keep up with the big boys no problem. I had a set of 14" sunnies with BF Goodrich all terrains. They fit, and they tuck on full articulation :laff: I'll never forget the time we encountered a bunch of hopeless soccer dads in shiny Pajeros and Prados one of those 'tag along' 4wd tours. They were all queued up at a pissy little creek crossing... Water wasn't very deep but the exit was pretty steep and slippery. After waiting about 15 minutes, watching the useless suburbanites take turns f@$king up repeatedly, I yelled out the window: "Oi you lot want to shuffle to one side so I can get past"? *Much guffawing and hearty chuckling from the assembled clean-shoes-and-tucked-in-shirt brigade* They moved their hopelessmobiles off the track, I drove past, through the creek, up the embankment, gave them all a beep and a wave and continued on my merry way. altezzaclub Posted September 6, 2010 Report Posted September 6, 2010 Yeah! Raise it a little and maybe just a little torque-busting supercharger on it for low-down grunt! I had a 1.8L 4WD Nissan Pulsar wagon as my last company runabout in NZ- brilliant car!! Go anywhere and really stable in the wet. I do wonder about putting Tercel's vital bits into a KE70.... Quote

Can be done... I measured it all up :rolls: Its essentially the same as shoving a 4AGE in... Except you have to use the entire Tercel front suspension as well as the xmembers. Oh and cut a little hole in the trans tunnel for the 4WD lever linkage. Quote
