36panvan Posted December 30, 2010 Report Posted December 30, 2010 well done mate, congrats on getting it running and on the road Quote
Jordanrolla Posted March 6, 2011 Author Report Posted March 6, 2011 So I took it to mercury motorsport dyno day and did a run to see what she was putting out. that was on about 12 - 13psi (boost tee playing up) on a 30 degree day, so not bad considering. there was also an evo 7 there that managed to pull 691 hp atw's on 43psi and wait for it . . . STOCK bottom end! Some inspiration for me :) I wish i had the cash to convert to e85 and a 35/40! Quote
BUZ440 Posted March 6, 2011 Report Posted March 6, 2011 Pretty handy power you got mate, you don't want all that power the EVO made on E85 FP Green or Gold Turbo with 20G and a flashed E7 ECU should get you 350hp with some beefy torque top work tho Quote
Jordanrolla Posted March 6, 2011 Author Report Posted March 6, 2011 there's no way id drive this car if it made close to 700hp, thats silly and down right stupid for a 1000kg street car. I think at the most i could get away with driving this on the street would be around 450 - 500hp atw. The way it is atm is good but it would be super freakin awsome with more :) Quote
altezzaclub Posted March 6, 2011 Report Posted March 6, 2011 Nice work! Its good to see some grunt going in with a tidy build. Enjoy every minute of it! Quote

ke70dave Posted March 7, 2011 Report Posted March 7, 2011 damn not a bad result. decent looking power curve there too. well done on the project, its turned out great! ps. 43psi is alot of psi's!!! and on stock bottom end. next car will be an evo me thinks... Quote

Jordanrolla Posted March 9, 2011 Author Report Posted March 9, 2011 thanks mate! Not a bad job considering when i started the build i had zero experience with welding and alot of things ive done on this car. I'd love to do it all over again and change so many things to make it even better! Quote
