hey was wondering if the falcon xe ever made it to america if not anyone know of a car that came with the same engine the american version of it.

The Falcon boat anchor was unique to Australia.

As Vito said, the 250 x-flow is different to the American 250's.

Not as bad as the 3.3 litre 200 ci my brother's XE had,

it leaked oil and water and was completely gutless to boot!

XY was the last Falcon to have any sort of design link back to the US (apart from the V8 engines up until the XE), and they stopped production of any kind of Falcon in the US in 1971, 11 years before we got the XE.

granted the rear mains on all old ford sixes leak, but cooling issues and cracked heads?

very uncommon of 250's, 4.0l is another kettle of fish

They can make good power (200+hp) NA quite easily.
