Ruts Posted September 2, 2005 Report Posted September 2, 2005 Auto Barn and Supercheap sell them, I think Jaycar does too. Just remember Red and Blue are illegal to display - those colours are reserved for emergency vehicles so you'll get defected if you have them in your washers. Quote
Super Jamie Posted September 2, 2005 Report Posted September 2, 2005 an auto parts shop autobarn, repco, etc or anywhere where you can trade your self respect in on LED washers and LED exhaust tips and LED valve caps Quote
Valandor Posted September 3, 2005 Report Posted September 3, 2005 id check to make sure they are street legal. i know they are not legal over here in south aus. at least not legal to have whilst car is in motion Quote
styler Posted September 3, 2005 Report Posted September 3, 2005 not allowed to have on when in motion as far as i know. can't say i am a fan of any flashing bling bling :Þ Quote
Super Jamie Posted September 3, 2005 Report Posted September 3, 2005 not like neons and shit like that... really just something to make people look... led washers are exactly like neons and shit like that. really just something to make people roll their eyes and groan Quote

rjenman Posted September 4, 2005 Report Posted September 4, 2005 iwas also under the impression that you are not allowed any other lights. You can find out about this. I suggest you get knowledge on the legal side of this so you can be confident in not being defected. Just because you have seen it on other cars doesnt mean its legal. Quote

I got them I'm gonna hook up a relay switch though to be safe from the piggas. my old mate used a missile switch to control his neons, very easy to operate quickly when u see the pigs he had a lot of neons i say, don't look like a tosser in the first place Quote
Tiger Posted September 6, 2005 Report Posted September 6, 2005 Scrap the thought of ANYTHING that lights up externally other than the standard lightings required. NO neons, no spotties (driving lights are fine, but not 4 pairs of spotties!) no window washer lights... no exhaust tip lights... no tyre valve LEDS... Otherwise.. I'm gonna turn into  and go crazy!!! Quote
